File Upload and Storage

When you upload STL files to our 3D printing service, we take your privacy and intellectual property seriously.

What We Do With Your Files

• Purpose: Your STL files are used exclusively for processing and fulfilling your 3D printing order
• Access: Only authorized staff members involved in your order processing have access to your files
• Security: All files are stored on secure servers with encryption and access controls
• No Sharing: We never share, sell, or distribute your files to third parties without your explicit consent

File Retention and Deletion

• Automatic Deletion: All uploaded STL files are automatically deleted from our database 5 days after delivery of your order
• Order Records: While files are deleted, basic order information is retained for accounting purposes
• Earlier Deletion: You may request immediate deletion of your files after delivery

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse service for files containing:

• Weapons & Military Items: Firearms, firearm components, ammunition, or any weapons-related items
• Military Applications: We do not accept orders for military purposes
• Adult Content: Sexually explicit items or adult toys
• Illegal Items: Any objects that are illegal to manufacture or possess

Your Rights

• Request confirmation that your files have been deleted
• Request immediate deletion of your files after order completion
• Access information about how your files are stored and processed

Intellectual Property

• Your Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to your uploaded files
• No Rights Claimed: We claim no ownership or rights to your designs
• Confidentiality: We treat all uploaded files as confidential information
