Threads

Choose the standard and size — you get the drill for the hole and the bar diameter for an external thread.

Example: M6 → drill Ø 5.0 mm (cutting tap), Ø 5.5 mm (forming tap), bar Ø 5.90 mm. Open the tool →

Speeds & feeds

Enter the material, cutter and engagement — you get starting RPM, feed, removal rate and power.

Example: Aluminium, 6 mm carbide end mill, 3 flutes, 1 mm side step → feed corrected for chip thinning. Open the tool →
