1 · Box style
2 · Size (mm)
Height = body + lid. The hinge is a flexible strip at the back.
3 · Material
Measure the sheet with calipers – "3 mm" plywood is often 2.8–3.2 mm. Kerf = the laser cut width.
4 · Top
5 · Dividers
Dividers slot into each other (half-lap) and stand loose on the bottom.
6 · Cut-out pattern
The pattern is cut inside a frame. Bridges between holes are at least 1.5 mm.
7 · Engraving
Engraving is blue in the SVG, cuts are red – in LightBurn set the blue layer to "Fill".
8 · Sheet
