Offset cut line

Print the image and let the laser cut around it precisely — with an offset, registration marks and bridges.

Example: A logo as a PNG → a cut line 2 mm around the motif + 3 registration marks → a PDF to print on A4 and an SVG for the laser.

PNG with transparency works best; white backgrounds work too
Image size
Aspect ratio is locked. mm = px ÷ DPI × 25.4 Keep it bigger than your printer's margin (usually 3–6 mm).
Higher = more of the light/grey edge counts as background. Keeps white parts inside shapes (e.g. a white sheep).

Space between the cut line and the edge of each mark.
Marks are black in the print and blue in the SVG (blue = don't cut). Tip: drag any mark in the preview to switch to Custom.

Bridges (join two cut shapes into one)
Turn the tool on, click the first shape, then the second shape. Esc cancels. Untick "snap" to place the bridge exactly between your two clicks.

Print the PNG at 100% / "Actual size". Both files share the same sheet size and origin, so the marks and the image line up exactly. Cut line is red (#FF0000), real size in mm.
